In this discussion, choose two (2) of the approaches from this session’s readings and identify what stands out to you as most helpful in applying the approach to couples coming for therapy. Imagine sitting in front of a distressed couple. Identify concepts or interventions that you would consider to be helpful in treating that couple. Organize your thoughts into two paragraphs in which each paragraph focuses on one of the two approaches that you chose.
