4) Guiding Principles for Leadership:

  • Identify and articulate your guiding principles for public leadership. Consider the values, beliefs, and ethical standards that guide your approach to leadership.

5) Public Leadership Philosophy Reflection paper:

  • After examining yourself and considering the guiding questions above, summarize your public leadership philosophy in 2-3 pages in an MS word document and upload it to Canvas. Share your overarching beliefs and principles regarding leadership without the need to list every detail from the previous steps. Express your general perspective on what you consider to be your public leadership philosophy.
