The team has returned from its refreshing vacation and wants to tell their coworkers at their respective employers what they have learned about Scrum. Each member wishes to fulfill the role of Scrum Master, spreading their enthusiasm for Scrum and its benefits in a presentation to their senior management team.
Assume your management team has no prior Scrum experience but does understand the benefits of using project management to accomplish organizational goals. As a team, prepare a PowerPoint presentation of 10 to 12 slides explaining Scrum. In your presentation,
- Explain the basic Scrum framework.
- Describe the roles, responsibilities, and specific reasons to use Scrum.
- Explain the differences between Scrum and waterfall project management.
