Choose any topic based on federal law regulatory concepts covered (chap 1-10) in the textbook

For this course, the following textbook is assigned:

Boone, L., and David Kurtz. Contemporary Marketing. 19th ed., CENGAGE, 2022.

Instructor’s message:

I have received several questions regarding the four assigned
PowerPoint presentations. Hence the following clarifications and
guidance:

  • First, recall that the course is fundamentally
    organized around the “4Ps” (Chapters 11-18): 1) Price; 2) Promotion; 3)
    Product and; 4) Placement.
  • Secondarily, there are “Related Concepts” covered in Chapters 1-10
  • Again,
you are required to complete four (4) presentations — graded
separately — of between 15-20 slides per presentation (Roughly 60
    slides in total).
  • Considering the two points above, you therefore have the following two choices: 1) Create four (4) presentations including only
the “4Ps” or 2) Create four (4) presentations including three (3) of
the “4Ps” and one (1) presentation from any topic in Chapters 1-10
    (“Related Concepts”).

For example, you may consider the following topics within each chapter that we have covered thus far (i.e. “Related Concepts”):

Chapter 1

  1. Six Categories of Marketing
  2. Eight Universal Functions of Marketing

Chapter 2

  1. Components of a Marketing Plan
  2. Porter’s Five Forces: Identify an Application
  3. SWOT Analysis: Identify an Application

Chapter 3

  1. Major Federal Laws
  2. Major Regulatory Agencies
  3. Ethical Issues in Marketing

Chapter 4

  1. Online Marketing Capabilities
  2. Assessing Effectiveness of an E-Commerce Site
