  3. Visit the University of Kentucky athletics website to find the postgame news article on the website and read it thoroughly.
  4. Explore the news coverage produced by local or regional media online that covers same event.
  5. Basic information: Insert basic information of the two articles you have chosen according to the rubric.
    1. Title of the article
    2. Name of the chief author of the article
    3. URL: The link that connects to the article
    4. Date published: The two articles of your choice must have been published between Jan 30th and Feb 26th.
    5. The type of sport the articles cover
  6. Convergence: Based on the textbook and visual presentation, identify various types of convergence used to produce the articles.
  7. Writing style: Identify the style of writing to find differences. How much of storytelling is used? How does the flow of the article differ? What types of information are used in addition to pure text? What are the main roles and functions of the articles (e.g., informing, creating, influencing)?
  8. Site design: Compare the two websites on which the articles are published. What additional information or links are attached to the page? How much advertising is displayed?
  9. Others: List additional facets of two articles of your choice that you found to be important.
