We have to select area in San Diego to talk about it what the neighborhood looks like how far is the schools the transportation and so on as described below I chose Lemon grove but if you are familiar with other San Diego area that you want to chose you can go ahead and talk about it. I need simple easy to read presentation like slides or power point show please
1.) Students will select a specific neighborhood in San Diego (with approval from the instructor) unfamiliar to them which is generally regarded as unattractive, lower in property values, or with poverty-level residents.
- Explain the neighborhood and demographics, including but not limited to: geographic location, population size, socioeconomic breakdown, ethnic diversity, languages spoken, etc.
2.) Using McKnights’ model, document all the strengths and assets you find by walking through the community, speaking with residents, and visiting organizations and businesses. Due to COVID, it is ok to not speak to residents in person. You will at-least need to call people in the community (businesses, agencies, help centers, tourism center, etc.)
3.) Using Oldenburgs’ model, identify one or more “third place.� Describe the third place.
