Break down the long-term goal into smaller and smaller tasks that are given duration and a schedule
How will you execute the plan?
Who – who needs to be consulted, involved, or made aware?
What – what specific tasks, activities need to be planned/attended to?
When – when will these tasks/activities take place? daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly?
How – how will the plan be delivered
How will you monitor and assess progress (benchmarks)?

You may use any presentation software you are most comfortable with (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Prezi, beautiful.ai, etc.)
You may enhance your presentation with embedded video, audio, and images.
