2. 2-3-minute video that communicates how you would help the business with its marketing given the
organization’s challenges and situation. You will be evaluated in four areas: analytical ability, strategic
thinking, creativity, and presentation skills. Specifically, be sure your video includes the following:
• The core problem and/or key challenge facing the business
• Analysis of the current situation
• Marketing recommendations containing both broad strategies and specific tactics
3. Written answers to these two questions:
• Explain your plan, approach and/or personal thinking process to determine your marketing
recommendations for the case. In other words, how did you “crack the case”? (200 words maximum)
• Why do you want to be on the Seneca OCMC team? (200 words maximum
