4. The writing must adhere to these APA guidelines:
a. twelve-inch borders-top, bottom, left and right;
b. font of twelve; and
c. double spaced throughout.
5. At a minimum the major headings should include
a. Introduction;
b. Problems/concerns; and
c. Resolutions
