What method of analysis does each use to reach his view of politics, and do their respective methods influence the outcome of their investigations?
2. Compare and Contrast Aristotle and Plato on the question of what justice is and how we know what it is. Discuss the three or four most important differences or arguments between the two concerning this central question of political life. Find and discuss a specific episode in Sophocles’s Antigone or Philoctetes that illustrates at least one of the conceptions or features of justice that is in dispute between Aristotle and Plato.
