Instructions: Write a position paper that stakes your stand on this issue. Your paper must critically engage with relevant scholarship, and craft a thesis-driven argument exploring this issue and the implications of your stand. You are encouraged to use case studies to concretize and / or evidence your claims.

2) Directions: Your goal is to develop a research-based argument substantiated by relevant scholarship (i.e., an applied literature review) and other credible sources.
