Topic: Accountability in the testing of nursing students and the ethical and legal issues in testing or grading.
The Scholarly Paper is a (2) page paper on a student-identified topic related to social, ethical, and legal
issues with testing or grading. See Chapter 16 for example topics. The required length is intended to
include content only (no charts or graphics).
—Three references are required. One professional website may
be utilized. Professional websites normally end in (.org, .edu, or .gov), are dated, and do not contain
advertisements. The remaining (2) references should come from textbooks and/or scholarly
articles.

The paper must also include a title page and reference page. The student’s submission must consist of a
title page, two pages of content, and a reference page to meet the assignment’s guidelines.
