Write an annotated bibliography, that is a combination of summary and evaluation, of scholarly journal articles on the topic of your literature review. These must be articles that will be used in your final paper. Conclude the bibliography with 3-5 main themes or assertions about the research topic that you can use in the final paper. 

Each concluding theme do at least one of the following:

1. Compare and contrast discussions/findings between articles
2. Identify research methods and challenges of studying the concept or theory
3. Implication for application or leadership practice in different contents
4. Ongoing research needed on the concept or theory

This assignment is designed to move your thinking about the topic from an understanding or comprehension level towards the levels of analysis and synthesis. Please see the attached review/graphic of Bloom’s Taxonomy. As you read articles you must be working to understand the entire body of literature and not just a single article. How does a single article contribute to the body of literature available. What insight does it provide? What theme, pattern, or finding does it support? It is this bigger picture that you will present to your reader and the hallmark of an effective literature review.
