Assignment: (Any Latin culture within the United States can be talked about)
The instructions are uploaded in the uploaded document along with the rubric to make sure you complete all the necessary requirements for the research paper. Also, there are samples and etc to help with anything that you might be confused about.
You will provide an annotated bibliography of four (4) credible sources relevant to your final paper. Sources must originate from the materials in the course, the John Jay Library, or another reputable source and should be cited using APA style. Literature summaries should be at least five sentences long for each source and should describe its key points and its relevancy to your research in your own words. In addition to the annotated bibliography, you will construct a road map (outline) that organizes key points, sequentially, that your paper will address to support your claim.

Before You Start The Paper!:
Write a complete description of your topic of interest for your short research paper (minimum 1 paragraph). In your submission be sure to explain your interest in the topic and what you hope to learn from your research as well as three (3) questions that will guide your research and will be addressed in your final paper. Your topic MUST be related to Latinx communities in the U.S. and be drawn from this syllabus and/or assigned reading materials from this class.
