Write an essay about noise in the tutoring center, and find a solution for the problem, such as imposing a noise policy, etc.
1. Your underlined thesis must include a claim that supports a specific and measurable change in practice or policy.
2. Include a description of the problem.
3. Include a clear connection between the proposal and the problem.
4. Include conditions of rebuttal/address the naysayer. You must address cost and other constraints.
5. You may use first person and anecdotes, but remember to use all three rhetorical appeals

7. Quotations from three secondary sources (they must come from the library databases or a book). One of these must be scholarly/peer-reviewed.
