RESEARCH PAPER 

The Research Paper is an analysis (5-7 pages + bibliography and illustrations) of artworks and cultural issues. This assignment will require research beyond the assigned course readings. Sources must be cited with properly formatted footnotes, along with a complete bibliography. Information regarding footnote usage can be found in the Chicago Manual of Style. Students will be required to submit a preliminary annotated bibliography of five scholarly sources and a preliminary thesis statement and outline before the final paper is due. 

-I attached some resources I submitted on a previous assignment, not many are scholarly, therefore you have the liberty to use sources of your choosing as well, but please use a couple of mine. 

-On a previous assignment, were to provide a tentative title, but please create one more fitting if needed – “Gothic Cathedral-Stained Glass

through the ages”
