The PESO in Caloocan City has been actively providing employment services. The office has received recognition for its services, including an update on its Labor and Industrial Relations Office. The assessment is crucial in identifying areas for improvement to enhance public service delivery, as noted in similar studies. The ultimate goal is to provide efficient and effective public employment services to the citizens of Caloocan City. By conducting a thorough assessment through descriptive method, using mixed-method approach through the utilization of the survey questionnaire and an interview. it is possible to enhance the capacity of PESO to effectively address the employment and livelihood needs of the local population, contributing to the socio-economic development of Caloocan City.
