  1. Discuss the importance of utilizing extrinsic and intrinsic motivation in organizations. 
  2. Identify the differences between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and motivators. 
  3. Include which organizational situations you should utilize for each and give an example to support. 
  4. Create a chart to highlight the differences between which type of motivators would work in various scenarios.  
  5. Explain the connection of motivation to goal setting (make sure to discuss the goal-setting process (SMARTER GOALS).
  6. Your paper should be two (2) to three (3) pages in length. 
  7. You must use APA guidelines.
