The purpose of this assignment is to become an expert on one OD intervention and    train your

coworkers (other students). In a later assignment, you will learn an impressive number of OD

interventions by viewing your coworkers’ videos.

My Organizational Developmental Topic is Organizational Level – Mission, Vision, and Value / Philosophy Development. 

I have attached the two documents on how to do the assignment, it requires a powerpoint (7 slides) and a script for the powerpoint so I can record and submit with the powerpoint. Minimum two peer-reviewed journal articles and minumum two high quality online sources with links and must be APA formatted. 
The book I have used for class is Organizational Development: Principles Processes Performance by Gary N. Mclean.
