Business Analysis Report: showing your analyses and findings on who is your snacker and how he/she snacks
Proposed Business Strategy
This section has to take your findings to the business strategy. What is your findings’ impact on the business and what should the client do to benefit positively from your findings? Be as specific as possible, e.g. a
marketing plan, an advertising strategy, etc.
Future Work
Three recommendations on what questions/analyses should your client do next? For each recommendation, clearly identify how the analysis
will be used, e.g. what business strategy it will impact. If you need more data, identify sources, type of data you need. This Future Work is to tell your client to hire you again for another project.
Children age to be considered is 2-12 years (SQ 05)
Here are some points on how to write the report:
1. Be as concise and straightforward as possible – short sentences AND factual.
2. Talk to the client directly.
3. You can use bullet points showing your findings – that is very concise. BUT you must write in paragraphs in all the other sections of the report – that is your story.
4. Include charts in the Business Analysis Report section as you describe your findings. Charts have to have good titles, axes have to be named, units of measurement shown.
You will be graded on:
1. quality of your analysis
2. quality of your interpretation
3. connection between the findings AND the strategy you propose
4. clarity in presenting your story.
