Precedence   Diagram   4 points     

Construction of the precedence diagram   completed based on the data provided in group’s data file. “Rough”, “draft”,   “sketch” or “finished” version is acceptable.       Precedence diagram is uploaded to reside   within the group’s folder in the class sharepoint.      Precedence diagram is in the form of a   separate file (Word, PDF, .DRWG (CAD), Visio, Excel, PPT, etc. or hand-sketch   is OK at this point.      Precedence diagram is Labelled as   “Precedence Diagram_Group(###)”     

TAKT   Time Calculation   3 points     

TAKT time calculator tool (formula) established   within one of the spare worksheets provided within the group’s data file   (provided in the sharepoint).      TAKT time calculator tool is able to   calculate TAKT time based on the various inputs/variables such as   “available time”, and “customer demand”      Evidence of knowledge and understanding   for how to plan, determine, and assign the various inputs/variables such as   “available time”, and “customer demand” by leveraging the   data provided and the suggestions mentioned about in class.      The TAKT time calculator tool must be   able to re-calculate TAKT time by changing any one or a multiple of input   variables.     

 Evidence   that a workstation assignment table has been started   3 points     

Evidence that a workstation assignment table   has been created within the group’s data file (spare worksheet), OR added to   the sharepoint as a separate file.      Work sheet does not have to be complete   yet!  But the evidence must be shown that this table is setup, ready to   be worked on, and some progression has begun for establishing workstations.     Provide   a small project plan that lists the remaining steps that your group will be   working on and completing over the next 2 to 3 weeks so that there is a clear   path to successful completion of this project prior to the due date.   

4 points     Uploaded to the Group’s sharepoint is an Excel   or MS Project (or Word.doc if you choose) which lists (itemizes) the   remaining activities planned to be completed for this project (see &   review the original project instructions for detail)      Identify “who” will be responsible for   completing each listed activity      Identify “by when” that person will be   aiming to complete the listed activity      Ensure the plan shows clearly that all   remaining activities have an assigned/delegated person(s) (group member) and   that the pertinent activities are targeted to be completed prior to the due   date for the project/report;
