You should develop your own questions, tailored for the specific situation. But here are 5 questions (or question sets) to get to understand the project parameters: Can you come up with 5 more questions and what is it that you are trying to find out?
- What are the objectives? How do you define success?
- If the project doesn’t succeed, what are the implications?
- Why is this project so important? What is the case for change?
- What are the key milestones? What are the most important dates?
- What are the most important decisions that need to be made? What will prevent us from making those decisions?
PART 2
Explain why it is important the project manager and project staff have detailed information on each work activity. (MUST include references)
