Case assignment
This summer, the consultancy company “Aviory” will start a new project called “Aviory Live Chat”. Aviory will deliver the chat solution for the company Elkjøp. The main reason why Elkjøp chooses to buy a customized live chat from Aviory is to get it exactly as they want. The purpose of Elkjøp’s live chat is to give them a communication tool with the customer without the customer having to call them.
As a consultant, you will contribute in several areas throughout the development phase of the application. You will be part of the team, mainly as a developer, but Aviory wants you to give your views on how the team should structure the project. This means that you must specify, more clearly and explain the various processes / development model that have been chosen along the way. You must present a clear argument for why you have chosen one method over another. Here it is also desirable that you discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the methodology chosen in relation to this project.
Through both assignments, you must explain all choices and explain what the various terms are.

You must explain your choice of work methodology, work processes and how the procedure for the application can be developed in the best possible way.
Requirements specifications and testing
In order for the product to cover all the requirements for Elkjøp, we have to set up a document that contains requirements specifications. What do we have to cover in order to meet the needs of the customer, and how are we going to clarify as best as possible what the customer can expect?
