Review readings, lecture materials, and outside resources and synthesize everything you’ve learned including the recent material for professional growth and succession planning with each stage you’ve laid out so far in the term. Summarize everything into one document to further evolve your thinking about coaching.
The final coaching plan is expected to be 10 pages of content; which includes one to two pages of succession planning and professional growth; plus a separate title page and reference section. The majority of your scholarly citations should be from the assigned course materials and in APA format. Points may be deducted if the majority of your citations are from Google research.
