Many of you have had experience of playing Monopoly board game in the past. For this assignment you are asked to look at this game from a systems thinking perspective.  You are required to build a system model which describes the dynamics of the real estate system in the Monopoly game, compare it with the Real Estate sector in real world and analyse the differences. You can include recommendations for “upgradingâ€� the rules of the game to make it more realistic. You may choose to focus on a context of a particular country, taxation of real estate or other aspects of the industry.
You can do this in any way you want, although we strongly recommend that you build a causal loop diagram.
