prepare a conference poster which
outlines ONE HRM process and how it is utilised in the events industry. the poster can focus on one sector within
the events industry e.g. sport events; festivals; meetings, incentives,
conferences and exhibitions (MICE). The
conference poster should evaluate the impact of this process and how it would
improve the overall organisation.
Provide recommendations for the application of this process within the
events industry. Please select the below HRM
process outlined:
(Training and Development)
The paper should outline and
critique the HRM process using academic literature. The poster must also evaluate how the process
can improve the overall organisation in terms of the HRM issues covered by this
module. Again, this should be
underpinned by academic literature. A
high marking poster is likely to include at least 10 academic sources
all correctly reference using Leeds Beckett Harvard referencing.
The poster must incorporate graphic
elements with some text, but should not be text heavy, and be anchored in key
academic discussions relevant to their chosen HR process. Information should be presented in a visually
engaging way. Graphical elements could
include tables, models, graphs, charts and images. The poster should be one item (i.e., not a
series of smaller posters), and the dimensions of the poster must be A2.
