1. First,
identify stakeholders of your chosen business organisation (Hasbro- Play-Doh).

analyse current customer segmentations considering changing needs/wants and
desires.
3. Next,
analyse competitors considering marketing mix elements in order to identify
product differentiation and marketing opportunities
4. Finally,
identify the current product portfolio for ensuring a new product fit. Present
your recommendation for a final new Product idea.
