Learning Goal: I’m working on a management project and need a sample draft to help me learn.
- Deliver these three deliverables 1) a project plan in the form of a Microsoft Project file (.mpp), 2) a Word document with a screenshot of the Network Diagram and WBS view, and 3) a completed Resource estimates (using the template)
Attached are the project overview so you understand the whole project, the risk analysis, template to be completed and the WBS. The WBS instructions are in the attachement on how to do it accurately so that you can provide deliverable number 2. As the WBS provided is not accurate and their are comments at the end to suggest why. Risk analysis was based on the WBS, so the factors that include building/construction are incorrect.
