Create a fundraising audit for the non-profit Youth Run Nola, located in New Orleans. The fundraising planning process is conceptualized as having three key components:

  1. Where are we now?
  2. Where do we want to be?

The fundraising audit addresses the first component. It is a systematic attempt to gather as much information as possible about the fundraising function of an organization and its environment. Begin the development of a fundraising audit for your sport organization to be submitted in Module 5. The audit must include (at minimum) the following information:

  • Analysis of competitors
  • Market factors

This assignment will be marked Complete or Incomplete. It will not count toward the final grade.
