1. Is there a way to make a push campaign that sends to a user multiple times?
2. How can I send test notifications to myself? What are my options? Provide an example using one of the methods.
3. I created an in-app message campaign that is triggered on Session Start and launched it. No one is receiving this campaign. When I test it myself by opening up the app I receive a different in-app message and not this new one. I am in the audience segment to receive this new in-app message, what’s going on?
4. I have a bunch of identified users but we’ve had a shift at our company and we’re tracking users differently. How do I go about updating our users’ External IDs?
5. I sent an email campaign to a Segment I created, but one user got the campaign that wasn’t supposed to. The user with the external_id “ToddtheCEO” lives in France, so they shouldn’t get the message. Is there something wrong with my Segment? Please see attached Segment and User profile
