In this assessment, you address the current workplace issue. You are to take the role of a human resources consultant who’s contracted to an organisation to produce a project on a current issue or challenge that the organisation is dealing with. You have to do a deep dive into the literature on that issue, globally and then nationally, discussing where it came from and how it affects business, the industry and how it might affect staffing in your chosen organisation. You make some recommendations to the senior management for the board or the board of the organisation as to how to address the issue going forward. You identify what the implications of the issue are for staffing the organisation; HR. planning, recruitment, selection, onboarding.
