I am required to prepare a cyber secuirty management report at Master’s level. The assignment is to create a consultant report based on case study 5 Provide a central remote access solution for employees, third parties and partners . The report should address the following sections:
High-Level Summary: Provide a 200-word summary of the client requirements and how they were used to generate the Statement of Work (5%).
Statement of Work: Develop a detailed Statement of Work (SoW) that lists all the relevant deliverables based on the client requirements. For each deliverable, provide a technical description (for technical deliverables), a strawman process (for non-technical deliverables), or both (for hybrid deliverables) (15%).
Technical Solution: Provide detailed information about the technical solutions to be implemented, including the target security architecture, security technologies, and any external services required. Explain the use of public cloud and the approach for cloud security. If applicable, create a strawman version of the process (30%).
Project Delivery: Design an agile sprint plan for the project, including details of each sprint’s design and deliverables (15%).
Resource Requirements: Collate the resource requirements and define a RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) matrix for each deliverable, considering both client and consultant resources (15%).
Budget Forecast: Utilize the ACME consultancy rate card to provide a detailed budget forecast for the project’s delivery (10%).
Risk Management: Create a RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) that captures project risks throughout the delivery lifecycle, with a focus on data security and GDPR compliance (10%).
The consultant report should be a PDF document and should not exceed 3,500 words. It should demonstrate the completion of the assigned tasks, follow proper formatting, and use the Harvard referencing standard. The submission should include proper labeling and captioning of figures and tables, consistent formatting, and correct spelling and grammar (but not exceed the word count). Tables do not count towards the word count.
