8 Short-term solution (Containment) Describe short-term actions required to protect customers from encountering this problem.
9 Long-term solution (Countermeasure) Describe actions required to solve this problem over the long term. Identify changes to the process you described in step 4 using your process flow diagram (Exhibit 5).
10 Implementation Issues Identify implementation issues, resources needed, and potential limitations of the proposed solution.
