The title is free to play.  Use the peer review that I provide to describe Canada’s electoral system, write about how it works, and discuss and criticize its shortcomings. Second, describe the consequences of Canada’s electoral system. The paper should be about 3500 words, using the academic literature provided by me to summarize, evaluate and reflect on the above topics. In addition, two other peer reviews were used externally to support the ideas and highlight the themes. Prioritize richness and detail, focus on one or two ideas, and study them in depth, depth is the depth of independent analysis, rather than superficially solving a large number of problems. Conducting substantive independent analysis requires mental effort and deep thought, as meaningful insights tend to emerge gradually rather than immediately. Take the time to sit and reflect purposefully, interact with the material, rise to the challenge, and benefit from conducting thoughtful analysis. When you successfully publish and communicate sharp observations, you will find the intellectual effort very satisfying.
