When it comes to leadership, there are multiple attributes that make for a good leader. While some may say that taking charge is the most important part, I think the act of listening to what others have to say is far more crucial. True leaders take into account the feelings of others, even those with less of a voice. I believe such traits are admirable in a leader for I can be confident that they will not use their power in a selfish way. Following up with that, leaders should stand for what they believe in, but they should still be open to criticism. A leader that is unable to see things from different perspectives is simply a dictator, someone that is far too self-absorbed to realize they could be wrong.
