An example list of foods for the food log may include Breakfast: orange juice 8 oz, raisin bran cereal 1 cup, 6 oz 1% milk, Lunch: 2 pieces wheat bread, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp jelly, 1 apple, 8 oz coffee with 1 tbsp cream, 1 packet sugar, Dinner: cheese pizza 2 large slices.

Based on these diet analyses, complete and submit your answers. A grading rubric has been provided.
