Overview
In this assignment, you will develop a discipling, mentoring, and coaching plan for developing aviation leaders.
Instructions
The goal of this assignment is to develop a plan that will meet the needs of a developing leader in your aviation organization or in a fictional aviation organization. You may utilize actual people in your organization (using pseudonym names and not providing information that would reveal actual persons) or you may utilize fictional people. In the structure of the plan include the following elements:
• Summarize who the developing leader is, what role thedeveloping leader has or is being prepared for (including Authorities, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities in the role), where the developing leader will perform the role, and when the developing leader will assume the role (may already be in the role)
• Explain the development and/or learning needs of the developing leader and the development goals
• Detail and explain a discipling plan for the developing leader– incorporate the Eight Discipling Steps or anotherdiscipling method you may find in your research
• Detail and explain a mentoring plan for the developing leader – utilize the FISH method or another mentoringmethod you may find in your research
• Detail and explain a coaching plan for the developing leader; utilize a coaching plan from the literature
• Incorporate lessons from the The Strong Leader’s Hand Workbooks into the discipling section, the mentoring section, and the coaching section; there should be a minimum of six lessons utilized and cited in each section.
• Provide a notional timeline
The Discipling, Mentoring, and Coaching Plan length should be10–12 pages in current APA format. This length does not include the cover page and reference page. Do not include an Abstract.

• In addition to The Strong Leader’s Hand references, the paper should include at least three peer reviewed journal articles as references.
