Learning Goal: I’m working on a law discussion question and need the explanation and answer to help me learn.
There is a typing requirement for all papers, using double-spacing and standard margins, APA-Footnotes, with the mandatory total word count between 5,000-5,250 words, exclusive of the required cover.
Here are some rubric for this paper.
- A maximum of 15 points can be earned by discussing in detail what ordinary Cypriots can do if they aren’t willing to physically participate in street demonstrations in support of “people power,” in order to make the changes necessary to achieve the best results for their country.
- A maximum of 15 points can be earned by discussing in detail (1) the concept of “civil society,”(2) why those at the top should pay attention to and include voices from that element, (3) why civil society is critical for good governance, and (4) what type of solution must be found in order to resolve ethnic conflicts such as that in Cyprus.

A crucial element will be a full discussion of what you feel to be the underlying problem(s) so far preventing reunification of the island of Cyprus and why. This will include your personal vision and action plan to accomplish the goal of reunification.
