provide a statement about yourself that specifically demonstrates sensitivity to the needs of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnic backgrounds of community college student and the community at large. What does it mean for you to have a commitment to diversity? How have you demonstrated that commitment? How would you see yourself demonstrating it at our District?
