Case study and analysis is a very effective method for simulating actual management activity and provides you with an opportunity to practice diagnosing strategic issues.
Step 1: For this individual case study project, read the case two to three times before coming to conclusions.

Step 2: Write your analysis using the following format:
• A report with an Executive Summary (1 page)
• Analysis (3 pages) must include 5 theories or concepts from the textbook. (see the attached Leadership Theories & Approaches key terms and Motivational Key Terms)
• Recommendations (2 pages)
• Include at least three outside sources to support your analysis.
