Learning Goal: I’m working on a psychology writing question and need the explanation and answer to help me learn.
Team Project: Locate a team scenario in your professional line of work that needs a performance evaluation. All team members should list 3 ideas from within their own organizations and collectively decide on 1 idea to develop, based on access to information about the scenario. Once a scenario is chosen, team members should create a performance evaluation of that particular team scenario. The scenerio is building trust with leadership stemming from a new CEO brought into a company experiencing a merger.
The project should include:
- Five general traits that employees should have in order to be successful.
- Five specific job traits that particular employees need to perform in order to be successful.
- A strategy for combating negative conflict and supporting positive conflict.
- Ways to increase employee morale.
- A system that will eliminate chaos from the environment.
