Mission
The executive team has given you full discretion to address whatever topics/issues you think are most critical to the success of the organization given your desired role. However, at a minimum, you must identify 3 issues and provide an actionable solution for each one.
Throughout the term, we have built knowledge, skills, and practical understanding of decision making, stakeholders, and business dynamics within the sports industry that should allow you to accomplish this task successfully.
Due to the nature of the format, students must effectively transition between ideas and distil complex problems into manageable and persuasive takeaways. An emphasis should be placed on effective storytelling that demonstrates a deep level of understanding in the problem area. Successful presentations will necessarily demonstrate substantial time commitments.
I have made this longer than usual because I have not had time to make it shorter.

Screen Recording
- Here are some resources for screen recording although you are welcome to use other screen recording software. Please do not use the Microsoft PowerPoint recording function. That requires you to record independent audio for each slide which is not how you would typically present in any other situation (in a physical class, Zoom meeting, etc). This is an opportunity to practice uninterrupted presenting (without breaking it into smaller chunks).:
