Primary objective & Purpose of the assignment
The primary objective is to examine an organization’s change process through the eyes of
Human Resources leadership. The HAT is an exploratory paper. The primary purpose of this
assignment is to conduct research and learn something new about the nexus between
leadership, change management, and human resource management. The point of the
exploratory essay is to ask an inquiry question and find out as much as possible to answer the
question(s). Using communities of practice (your groups) as a method of sensemaking, groups
