How has social media affected the ability of homeland security agencies to respond to
crisis events, such as terrorist attacks, natural disasters or other crises?

I need an essay that demonstrates the a
capability to identify an issue pertinent to Homeland Security and
produce a paper discussing its relevance, how the issue can pose a
threat to the security of the homeland and the challenges in developing
or implementing a policy to mitigate the threat. Research for the final
