  • Q2) CASE STUDY After reviewing the course materials on Compensation, readthe Case Study 6: A Living Wage beginning on page 564 in the Sampson and Friedtext (in Appendix B). You will need to do some research on the topic of livingwages. In your case study submission,answer the following questions.1. What is the definition of living wage? Has a living wagepolicy been put into place in any jurisdiction? If so, what was the impetus forsuch a policy and what have been the impact of the policy (positive andnegative)?2.What is the impact of a living wage policy on employees inthe organization? Does such a policy raise the wages only for people who arecurrently paid below the living wage level? If so, how is the policy likely toaffect internal equity in the organization?
