use others if you feel they are best. Three countries have to be picked for this assignment,
The United States has to be the primary country, as you will see in the outline, and two additional countries must be picked. I chose the U.K. and China. If you want to choose something
other than China or the United Kingdom, please feel free to choose your own. The paper is being written
