Maybe I am not clear on your goal for this paper. Is your intent to outline a current training program OR to show how a training program is beneficial? Based on the purpose statement, it seems you would like to show how the program helps members adapt and transition. So, the outline of the paper should go something like this:
Introduction: Purpose of training. How it works. Who should participate, benefit, etc. Then state the following points to be expanded in the next few paragraphs.
1. Importance of training
- Higher retention
- Increased job performance
- Career development
- Promote self-confidence and self-motivation
2. Types of training provided
- Virtual sessions on various duties
- Manager shadow training
3. Who should participate OR Examples of a successful training program.
