For this assignment, you’ll prepare an intake memo. In doing so, you’ll need to prepare questions (at least 10) to ask a client and write up your memo. Be sure to include a heading, personal data (fictitious for this assignment), statement of the assignment, and a conclusion.

Choose from one of the scenarios below:

  1. During an interview, a client makes the following statement: “I want to institutionalize my sick father.”
  2. Your second client of the day states, “I want my boss arrested for assaulting me.”
  3. Your third client of the day states, “I want to ï¬�le for divorce.”

Prepare your Intake Memo as you would present it to an attorney. Save in a single MS-Word document. When you’re ready to submit, save the document as “FirstInitial_LastName_Assignment_NumberQuestion” (J_Smith_Assignment_8) and upload for review.
