The purpose of this assignment is to measure your understanding of the significant concepts presented in Chapters 14-16. Reference the book in at least three of your answers. In addition, reference at least one peer-reviewed source.

1. What’s the big deal with culture? Do you think Drucker is right? Why or why not?
2. Briefly describe your ideal org culture.
3. Based on your understanding of your own strengths, weakness, emotional intelligence, and abilities, which of the levers of change will you use to shift organizational culture in your professional context (current position or future employment)?
4. How will changing demographics (racial demography, general population age, education status, and immigration) influence organizational design in your field?
5. Would you describe yourself as a “change agent� or as a “recipient of change?� Explain your answer.
6. Over the course of this 8-week semester, you have received a whirlwind introduction to the field of Organizational Behavior. When you hear that term, “Organization Behavior,� what concepts and ideas come to mind?
