Introduction and essay outline about comparing a legal topic in common law and civil law

Write an complete introduction and outline of an essay comparing a legal
topic in a common law jurisdiction to the same topic in a civil law jurisdiction.

At least one of the jurisdictions/orders/systems/regimes being compared must belong to the
common law tradition.

You should be an expert in common law and civil law systems and have years of experiences with legal issues and legal composing.

AGLC4 footnote style please, no in-text reference. Bibiliography is not required.
Introduction is about 400-600 words and the outline is about 1000-1200 words.
Special Attention:
Use the comparison to build a persuasive, supported argument about the legal
topic you chose to focus. It is insufficient to simply describe the law of different
jurisdictions and/ how things work in different jurisdictions. It is also insufficient to simply describe commonalities and differences.
The outline will contain the headings and a discussion
of how those headings serve the purposes outlined in the introduction (i.e., how each of those
sections helps answer the key question in the introduction and/or contributes to the essay thesis).
You are also required to identify appropriate source material for each section and explain how it will
be used, including scholarship. Engagement with legal scholarship is essential.
Writing style should be clear, concise and logical
